This Agreement ends when livestock is transferred to Buyer or upon written agreement between the parties. Thereafter, Seller and Buyer are relieved of all obligations and liabilities pertaining to this Agreement.
Deposits and Final Payment of Livestock Price
Deposit due prior to placement on Seller‘s reserved list. The remaining balance is due at pick up or at 12 weeks of age, whichever is sooner. If whatever type of piglet that is reserved is not produced or there are not enough piglets, deposit will be transferred to the next available litter. Full balance for piglet that is older than 12 weeks is due upon pick up or within 14 days of the deposit, whichever is sooner. Deposits are not refundable.
In the event that buyer cannot pick up the piglet prior to 12 weeks of age, or within 14 days of the deposit for piglet that is older than 12 weeks of age, there will be an additional holding fee of $10.00 per week per pig. This fee will not be prorated and is due weekly on Monday.
Selected piglet that is not picked up and have more than two weeks past due balance for holding fee may be re-sold. All money paid toward the selected piglet, minus $50.00 plus any paid holding fee will be transferred to another available piglet from a different litter as chosen by the Buyer.

If the cost of each CVI exceeds $50.00, the difference will be billed to the Buyer and is due within twenty-four (24) hours. In the event that the cost exceeds $50.00 per piglet, a copy of the invoice from the veterinarian may be provided upon request by the Buyer.
