All Natural Smoked Bacon: Cured with sea salt, turbinado sugar, paprika and other spices. Our amazing, carefully-selected processor uses celery juice powder as our curing agent (consists of sea salt and celery powder).

Each cut is hand rub with this cure. It sits and cure for a week then hickory smoked in a state of the art smokehouse. Sliced thin, we are sure you haven't had bacon like this. This is a true bacon the way it was made to be prepared. No nitrites or nitrates are used in this cure besides that which is naturally occurring in sea salt and celery powder.
