Our pastured pork bones are rich in collagen and make delicious pork stock. Pork bones have some meat on them and are popular in Southern cooking in the US as well as further south in the Caribbean. Cook them low and slow for 2-½ - 3 hours and you’ll not only impart delicious flavor into whatever you cook them with (beans, collards, potatoes, etc), but you’ll also have some tender pork meat to enjoy. Or cook them all day and make nutritious homemade broth that can easily replace beef or chicken broth in many recipes.
